House Rules

At The Secret Jazz Club, we want every night to feel effortless, elegant, and unforgettable. To help us keep it that way, we kindly ask guests to note the following:

• Tickets
  Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the rare event of cancellation by The Secret Jazz Club.

• Arrival & Entry
  Our events are for guests aged 18+. Please bring ID if requested by the venue. We reserve the right to refuse entry if tickets are resold for profit or if behaviour compromises the experience for others.

• Changes
  On occasion, artists, venues, or timings may need to change. We promise the spirit of the night remains the same: a unique, unrepeatable experience.

• Courtesy
  We ask all guests to treat performers, staff, and fellow guests with respect. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal without refund.

• Photography & Filming
  Moments may be captured for future promotion. If you’d prefer not to appear, please let us know in advance.

• Belongings
  Please keep personal items with you. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen property.
