Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by The Secret Jazz Club, as set out in our Terms and Conditions. If we cancel an event, you can choose a full refund or to transfer your booking to a future event. If we change the date or venue, the same options apply.
Transferring a ticket
Tickets can only be transferred with our prior written consent. Contact info@thesecretjazzclub.com at least seven days before the event.
Digital downloads
Digital music downloads are supplied immediately. You agree that the 14-day right to cancel ends once the download begins. If a file is faulty or does not match its description, contact info@thesecretjazzclub.com and we will replace it.
How refunds are paid
We will issue approved refunds to the original PayPal payment within seven working days. Your bank or card provider may take longer to show it.
How to ask
Email info@thesecretjazzclub.com with your name, the email address used for the order and the event or download concerned. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
