Terms & Conditions

1. General

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event organised by The Secret Jazz Club, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

2. Tickets & Bookings

  • All tickets are issued subject to availability. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

  • Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by The Secret Jazz Club.

  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent. We reserve the right to refuse entry if tickets are resold or transferred for commercial gain.

  • Proof of age may be required at the venue. Guests must be 18+ unless otherwise stated.

3. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • While every effort is made to deliver events as advertised, line-ups, venues, and timings may be subject to change without notice.

  • In the event of cancellation by The Secret Jazz Club, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event.

  • We are not liable for cancellation or changes due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, industrial action, or technical failure).

4. At the Event

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards performers, staff, and other attendees. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests without refund if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

  • Photography and filming may take place at our events. By attending, you consent to your image being captured and used in future promotional material. If you do not wish to appear, please notify us in advance.

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at any event.

5. Payments

  • All ticket prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards.

6. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Secret Jazz Club shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from attendance at our events.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the ticket price paid.

  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Intellectual Property

All event content, promotional materials, logos, photographs, and text remain the property of The Secret Jazz Club or our partners. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Fraud & Security

If your payment card is used fraudulently for a ticket purchase, please contact us immediately. We will work with your bank or card provider to resolve the issue.
